A premium one-day leadership offsite

One day. One team. One mission.

You think you know how you decide under pressure. Come and find out.

  1. Brief.
  2. Fly.
  3. Debrief.
  4. Learn.

A private one-day executive offsite for six leaders.

Your team trains to fly full-motion F/A-18 simulators, receives a mission and works together as a fighter squadron to complete it.

Led by former fighter pilot and executive adviser Paul Littlejohn, The Mission combines an unforgettable shared challenge with practical learning that helps your team align around what matters, make clearer decisions and perform better together.

A remarkable shared experience and a practical way to make difficult decisions together.

Your team has a mission to complete. How will you perform?

01

Brief

Before the mission, every participant receives hands-on training in the F/A-18 simulator. No flying experience is required.

Then the six of you enter the squadron room together. The objective is clear. What happens next is yours to handle.

02

Fly

Two at a time, you take the mission into the air. Complete the objective as the situation changes around you.

Keep checking the sky: Paul is out there hunting you down. Meanwhile, the other four keep the squadron running behind the scenes.

03

Debrief

When the final pair lands, the whole squadron returns to the room and Paul takes the team through what happened.

The aim is not to hand out a score. It is to understand the decisions the team made while the mission was unfolding.

04

Learn

With the experience still fresh, Paul shows the team how fighter pilots make decisions when the picture is incomplete and the stakes are real.

Then your team connects what happened in the mission to the difficult decisions waiting back at work.

The squadron returns. The debrief begins.

Paul brings the team back together and debriefs the mission in the air and the work that kept the squadron moving on the ground. What felt clear in the moment can look very different once everyone can see the whole day.

These are decisions your team actually made—not someone else’s case study. You experience it first. Then you learn from it.

Align the team. Improve how it performs under pressure.

Your team leaves with a shared way to set direction, make decisions, manage risk and stay ahead. That means clearer priorities, faster decisions and better coordination back at work.

Focus on what matters

A clearer way to agree what the team is trying to achieve and keep decisions moving towards it.

Decide without perfect information

The confidence to choose the next move without waiting for certainty, then adjust as the situation changes.

Handle risk clearly

A practical way to understand the downside, decide what can be accepted and communicate risk across the team.

Stay ahead together

Better anticipation and coordination, so the team can act before every problem becomes urgent.

Your team returns with a shared experience, a common language and a practical way to make difficult decisions together at work.
