Terms of Service — Wingman Executive

01Who you're contracting with

Wingman Executive is the trading brand of Executive Wingman Human Resources Consultancies - FZE, a free-zone company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Trade Licence No. 100120, issued by PCFC - Trakhees in the DUQE free zone). Registered address: Flexi Desk, DUQE Square Business Center, Quarter Deck, QE2, Mina Rashid, Dubai, UAE. The company is managed by Paul Littlejohn. Website: wingmanexecutive.com. By buying a product, booking a session, or starting an engagement, you agree to these terms. If you're booking on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to do so.

02The products

Wingman Executive offers five main things. Specific terms for each are below.

Find Your Next Move

A self-paced online course teaching the decision-making method. Hosted on GoHighLevel. Access is granted on payment.

Get Clear

A single 90-minute video session with Paul Littlejohn, followed by a written summary delivered within 5 working days.

Get Unstuck

A scoped multi-week advisory engagement, typically 3 to 4 weeks. Sessions, between-session work, and a written strategy and 90-day roadmap delivered at the end.

Wingman Advisory

An annual B2B advisory engagement, offered in three tiers: CEO Advisory, Leadership Team, and Leadership Team Plus. Scope, deliverables, meeting cadence, and the fee are set out in a separate engagement letter signed before work begins.

Speaking and workshops

Keynote, fireside chat, and workshop formats delivered to organisations and event hosts. Booked separately by enquiry. Bespoke terms apply per engagement and are issued in writing before the booking is confirmed.

03Payment

Payments are taken upfront via Stripe, unless stated otherwise below.

  • Find Your Next Move: $97 USD, paid in full before access is granted.
  • Get Clear: $495 USD, paid in full before the booking is confirmed.
  • Get Unstuck: from $2,995 USD. Typically 50% on engagement start, 50% on delivery of the final strategy. Larger engagements may be split into staged payments.
  • Wingman Advisory: annual fee billed in 4 equal quarterly instalments, due at the start of each quarter. Paid by card via Stripe, or by invoice and bank transfer on 14-day terms. The fee for each tier is confirmed in the engagement letter. Engagements renew automatically each year (see section 08).
  • Speaking and workshops: as agreed in the written booking confirmation.

All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Local taxes (such as VAT) may apply depending on your jurisdiction.

04Course access (Find Your Next Move)

Once paid, you receive lifetime access to the course content via the GoHighLevel platform. Access is personal to you and not transferable.

You may not record, redistribute, or reproduce course content without written permission.

If the course platform changes or content is updated, your access continues. If for any reason the course is discontinued, you'll receive equivalent value or a refund at my discretion.

05Booking and rescheduling sessions

For Get Clear and Get Unstuck:

  • Once payment is received, you'll get a calendar booking link and a short pre-session questionnaire.
  • You're expected to complete the questionnaire at least 24 hours before the session.
  • You can reschedule once at no charge, provided you give at least 24 hours' notice.
  • A second reschedule, or any rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice, may forfeit the session at my discretion.
  • If you don't attend a booked session and haven't notified me in advance, the session is forfeit and no refund is given.

For Wingman Advisory, meeting cadence and scheduling are governed by the engagement letter, not this section.

06Refunds

Get Clear

If you complete the full session and genuinely believe it didn't deliver value, contact me within 7 days at [email protected]. A full refund will be issued. Refund requests outside this window, or before the session is delivered, are not granted.

Get Unstuck

The first payment is non-refundable once the engagement has started, given the substantial preparation, scoping, and time blocked out. If circumstances change before work begins, contact me and we'll find a fair solution. Once the engagement is underway, the agreed scope is delivered.

Find Your Next Move

If you've genuinely engaged with the material and feel it hasn't delivered value, contact me within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After that window, no refunds are given.

Wingman Advisory

Advisory engagements are not covered by these refund terms. The applicable terms are in section 08.

Speaking and workshops

Cancellation terms are set out in the written booking confirmation for each engagement.

Good faith

The refund guarantees above are offered in good faith. They cover genuine dissatisfaction, not a change of mind, a change of circumstances, or value already taken in full. I reserve the right to decline a refund made in bad faith, including repeat purchase-and-refund, reselling or sharing content, or a claim raised only after the full session or course has been consumed. One refund per person, per product.

07The credit mechanic

If you've paid for Get Clear and decide to upgrade to Get Unstuck, the $495 fee is credited toward the Get Unstuck engagement. The 90 minutes already counts as the first diagnostic conversation. The credit applies for up to 90 days from the Get Clear session.

08Wingman Advisory engagements

Wingman Advisory is an annual B2B engagement. The specific scope, deliverables, meeting cadence, and fee are set out in a separate engagement letter, issued and signed before any work begins. Where the engagement letter and these terms conflict, the engagement letter takes precedence.

The annual fee is billed in 4 equal quarterly instalments, due at the start of each quarter. It can be paid by card via Stripe, or by invoice and bank transfer on 14-day terms.

The annual fee is non-refundable once the engagement has started, given the time, preparation, and access committed to you across the year. No satisfaction guarantee applies, and the consumer refund terms in section 06 do not apply to Advisory.

Engagements renew automatically for a further 12 months at the end of each annual term, unless either party gives written notice at least 30 days before the renewal date.

Either party may end a live engagement with 30 days' written notice. Fees are payable up to the end of the notice period. Instalments already paid are not refunded, and any instalment falling due within the notice period remains payable.

09Confidentiality

Everything you share with me before, during, or after a paid session or engagement is confidential.

I will not name you, your organisation, or any identifying details of your situation in any public material — content, talks, writing, or otherwise — without your written permission.

I may reference anonymised, non-identifying examples in my teaching and writing. If a description is specific enough that you might recognise yourself in it, I will have asked first or changed the details enough that no one else could identify you.

10Nature of the service

Wingman Executive provides paid advisory, education, and speaking services. They are not:

  • Therapy or counselling.
  • Medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment.
  • Legal advice.
  • Financial, investment, or tax advice.
  • A regulated coaching or accreditation programme.

If your situation involves a clinical issue, a legal matter, a regulated decision, or financial planning, you are responsible for consulting an appropriately qualified professional.

11No guaranteed outcomes

The products and services are designed to produce clarity, structured thinking, defined moves, and written plans. They do not guarantee any specific outcome from acting on those plans.

Decisions you make following a session or engagement are your own. The value of the work depends on the quality of your engagement with it.

12Intellectual property

All frameworks, course content, written materials, slides, recordings, and methodologies are owned by Executive Wingman Human Resources Consultancies - FZE (trading as Wingman Executive).

You may use the personal outputs from your engagement (your written plan, roadmap, playbook) for your own purposes, including sharing with people you trust.

You may not redistribute, republish, sell, or use Wingman Executive content to train AI models or compete with the work without written permission.

13Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Executive Wingman Human Resources Consultancies - FZE (trading as Wingman Executive) is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or business losses arising from your use of any product, service, written plan, recommendation, or any decisions you make as a result.

Total liability under any circumstance is capped at the fee paid for the specific product or engagement giving rise to the claim.

14Acceptable use

You agree to engage honestly and respectfully. I reserve the right to end an engagement, refuse service, or refund and withdraw access if a client behaves abusively, misrepresents their situation, or uses the work for purposes that conflict with my values (including illegal activity).

If a session or engagement is ended on these grounds, refunds are at my discretion based on the work already delivered.

15Privacy

How I handle your personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these terms, you also agree to the privacy policy.

16Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase or engagement is the one in effect on the day you paid.

If material changes affect a live engagement, I'll notify you directly.

17Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.

If we have a dispute, the first step is to write to me at [email protected] so we can try to resolve it directly. Most things resolve at this stage. If they can't, the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
