01Who you're contracting with

Wingman Executive is the trading brand of Executive Wingman Human Resources Consultancies - FZE, a free-zone company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Trade Licence No. 100120, issued by PCFC - Trakhees in the DUQE free zone). Registered address: Flexi Desk, DUQE Square Business Center, Quarter Deck, QE2, Mina Rashid, Dubai, UAE. The company is managed by Paul Littlejohn. Website: wingmanexecutive.com. By buying a product, booking a session, or starting an engagement, you agree to these terms. If you're booking on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to do so.

02The products

Wingman Executive offers four main things. Specific terms for each are below.

03Payment

Payments are taken upfront via Stripe, unless stated otherwise below.

• Become Decisive: $295 USD, paid in full before access is granted.
• Wingman Advisory: annual fee billed in 4 equal quarterly instalments, due at the start of each quarter. Paid by card via Stripe, or by invoice and bank transfer on 14-day terms. The fee for each tier is confirmed in the engagement letter. Engagements renew automatically each year (see section 07).
• Speaking and workshops: as agreed in the written booking confirmation.

All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Local taxes (such as VAT) may apply depending on your jurisdiction.

04Course access (Become Decisive)

Once paid, you receive lifetime access to the course content via the GoHighLevel platform. Access is personal to you and not transferable.

You may not record, redistribute, or reproduce course content without written permission.

If the course platform changes or content is updated, your access continues. If for any reason the course is discontinued, you'll receive equivalent value or a refund at my discretion.

05Booking and scheduling

For Wingman Advisory, speaking and workshops, and consulting engagements, meeting cadence, dates, rescheduling and cancellation are governed by the applicable engagement letter or written booking confirmation.

06Refunds

Become Decisive

Take the course and put the method to work on a real decision. If it doesn't give you a clearer, steadier way to decide, email me within 30 days of your purchase at [email protected] for a full refund. The 30 days run from the date you buy. After that window, no refunds are given.

Wingman Advisory

Advisory engagements are not covered by these refund terms. The applicable terms are in section 07.

Speaking and workshops

Cancellation terms are set out in the written booking confirmation for each engagement.

Consulting engagements

Covered by section 17 and the engagement letter, not by these refund terms.

Good faith

The course refund guarantee above is offered in good faith. It covers genuine dissatisfaction, not a change of mind, a change of circumstances, or value already taken in full. I reserve the right to decline a refund made in bad faith, including repeat purchase-and-refund, reselling or sharing content, or a claim raised only after the course has been consumed. One refund per person.

07Wingman Advisory engagements

Wingman Advisory is an annual B2B engagement. The specific scope, deliverables, meeting cadence, and fee are set out in a separate engagement letter, issued and signed before any work begins. Where the engagement letter and these terms conflict, the engagement letter takes precedence.

The annual fee is billed in 4 equal quarterly instalments, due at the start of each quarter. It can be paid by card via Stripe, or by invoice and bank transfer on 14-day terms.

The annual fee is non-refundable once the engagement has started, given the time, preparation, and access committed to you across the year. No satisfaction guarantee applies, and the consumer refund terms in section 06 do not apply to Advisory.

Engagements renew automatically for a further 12 months at the end of each annual term, unless either party gives written notice at least 30 days before the renewal date.

Either party may end a live engagement with 30 days' written notice. Fees are payable up to the end of the notice period. Instalments already paid are not refunded, and any instalment falling due within the notice period remains payable.

08Confidentiality

Everything you share with me before, during, or after a paid session or engagement is confidential.

I will not name you, your organisation, or any identifying details of your situation in any public material (content, talks, writing, or otherwise) without your written permission.

I may reference anonymised, non-identifying examples in my teaching and writing. If a description is specific enough that you might recognise yourself in it, I will have asked first or changed the details enough that no one else could identify you.

For B2B engagements, confidentiality runs both ways: you keep my materials, and anything I share with you, confidential too.

09Nature of the service

Wingman Executive provides paid advisory, education, and speaking services. They are not:

• Therapy or counselling.
• Medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment.
• Legal advice.
• Financial, investment, or tax advice.
• A regulated coaching or accreditation programme.

If your situation involves a clinical issue, a legal matter, a regulated decision, or financial planning, you are responsible for consulting an appropriately qualified professional.

When I assess people, that assessment is my professional opinion, not a psychometric, medical or clinical measurement.

10No guaranteed outcomes

The products and services are designed to produce clarity, structured thinking, defined moves, and written plans. They do not guarantee any specific outcome from acting on those plans.

Decisions you make following a session or engagement are your own. The value of the work depends on the quality of your engagement with it.

11Intellectual property

All frameworks, course content, written materials, slides, recordings, and methodologies are owned by Executive Wingman Human Resources Consultancies - FZE (trading as Wingman Executive).

You may use the personal outputs from your engagement (your written plan, roadmap, playbook) for your own purposes, including sharing with people you trust.

You may not redistribute, republish, sell, or use Wingman Executive content to train AI models or compete with the work without written permission.

Reports I write about other people, in a consulting engagement, are covered by section 17, not by the permission above to share your outputs.

12Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Executive Wingman Human Resources Consultancies - FZE (trading as Wingman Executive) is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or business losses arising from your use of any product, service, written plan, recommendation, or any decisions you make as a result.

Total liability under any circumstance is capped at the fee paid for the specific product or engagement giving rise to the claim.

13Acceptable use

You agree to engage honestly and respectfully. I reserve the right to end an engagement, refuse service, or refund and withdraw access if a client behaves abusively, misrepresents their situation, or uses the work for purposes that conflict with my values (including illegal activity).

If a session or engagement is ended on these grounds, refunds are at my discretion based on the work already delivered.

14Privacy

How I handle your personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these terms, you also agree to the privacy policy.

15Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase or engagement is the one in effect on the day you paid.

If material changes affect a live engagement, I'll notify you directly.

16Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.

If we have a dispute, the first step is to write to me at [email protected] so we can try to resolve it directly. Most things resolve at this stage. If they can't, the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.

17Consulting engagements

This covers one-off and project-based consulting work, scoped to an organisation and priced per engagement. It is different from the annual Wingman Advisory retainer in section 07. It sits on top of the rest of these terms.

An engagement letter governs the work. Scope, deliverables, dates and fee are set out in a separate engagement letter, signed before work begins. Where the engagement letter, this section and the rest of these terms conflict, the engagement letter comes first, then this section, then the rest.

My advice is mine, the decisions are yours. What I provide is professional opinion and recommendation, based on the brief and the time we have. It does not guarantee a particular result. You make the decisions, and you own them and what follows.

The work is for your use. What I produce is addressed to you and prepared for your own purposes. People outside your organisation should not rely on it as if it were prepared for them, and I am not liable to anyone I did not write it for. You are free to use and share your own deliverables internally and with advisers you trust, unless the engagement letter says otherwise.

Your business, your responsibilities. You are responsible for your own decisions and for the lawfulness of your own processes. You agree to cover me, and anyone working with me, against claims brought by your employees or any third party that arise from your processes or the decisions you make.

Data you give me. If an engagement means I handle personal data you provide, about your staff, your customers or other people, you confirm you are entitled to share it with me and have given those people any notice, or obtained any consent, the law requires. I use it only for the engagement, keep it confidential and secure, and return or delete it after, within the period set in the engagement letter. We agree in the letter who is controller and who is processor under UAE data-protection law.

My methods and materials stay mine. My frameworks, models, templates and materials stay my intellectual property, as in section 11. You will not reuse them to run your own version of the work, or share them outside your organisation, without my permission.

People working with me. I may bring in named associates to deliver an engagement. I stay responsible for their work, and they are bound by the same confidentiality and data terms as me.

Dates, payment and cancellation. Project work commits time and preparation on set dates. Payment, and what happens if you postpone or cancel, are in the engagement letter. As a default, the first payment is non-refundable once the engagement starts, given the preparation and time blocked out, and late changes to booked dates may carry a charge. The session-rescheduling terms in section 05 do not apply to this work.

Where I assess people. Some engagements involve assessing people you put forward, for example for a promotion or succession decision. There, my assessment is an independent professional opinion from a time-limited exercise, not a statement of fact about anyone, not a psychometric or clinical measurement, and not a guarantee of their future performance. The reports are for your internal decision only. Without my written permission, you will not share a report with the person it concerns, or use it in a grievance, disciplinary or legal process.
