For your review
One day inside a fighter squadron.
The Mission is a private, full-day F/A-18 experience for four to six senior leaders. Everyone trains, receives a cockpit role, flies a simulated combat mission and contributes to the squadron task.
The day ends with a structured mission debrief and a practical discussion about how the team makes decisions when the picture is incomplete and the pressure is real.

Crews launch in succession. A six-person team normally flies in three two-person crews; four- and five-person days use an adapted rotation while preserving a mission role for everyone.

Two participants fly as one crew.
Carrier launch, navigation, a changing threat picture and a final dogfight. Each mission lasts approximately thirty minutes and no two crews see exactly the same picture.
In squadron operations
The remaining team keeps the mission moving.
They carry the squadron task, receive the returning crew, understand what has changed and hand the latest position to the next pair before launch.
